Problem with preload image to WIM image - Dell Image Assist

Hi, I have been using Dell Image Assist to prepare the WIM image for Dell Latitude E7250 laptop & OptiPlex 9020 desktop. So far, it is running fine, but I found that if I preloaded software into the windows 7 64bits OS before creating the WIM image, some application will not be working property.

For instance, I restored the Win7 Pro 64bit WIM image with preloaded software, Internet Explorer 10 will hang up and show white screen while I try to open it at restored workstation.I also test to run Adobe reader which will also have the same issue.

Please let me know how to resolve this problem, or any procedure or steps  that I can follow and choose during the WIM image creation process.
