No UEFI File System present after image

After imaging a Dell Latitude E6410 laptop with Dell Image Assist, which I have done successfully at least a few times, it is unable to boot. Within the BIOS, Boot Sequence>UEFI there are no longer any boot options, not even Windows Boot Manager. When attempting to add a UEFI boot option I get the error "No File System Found". Tried to re-image with a Legacy option (used to use Ghost before DIA) and it imaged, but still could not boot "invalid Partition Type", even though Ghost converted the partitions for Legacy imaging/boot.

I thought I would be clever and swap SSDs with an alternate 6410 that I had sitting around. The imaging process went smoothly, however, the system would not boot afterwards (no boot option found). Went into the BIOS, Boot Sequence>UEFI and this system was just like the other...no boot options/"No File System Found".

I'm really scratching my head here as I did not think BIOS would be affected, are the UEFI boot options present on the drive itself?

Anything to help clear this up, or any suggestions are welcome.

Thanks
